Artist Bio

Kerensa Mckie is an award winning artist who began working as horse woman and then as an outdoor educator before training to become a physiotherapist. She has always been a painter and now works as a Physiotherapist and professional artist in West Yorkshire in the UK. Kerensa lives with her two Beardie Collies and one very cute but naughty Doodle. She enjoys mountain walking in the Scottish Highlands. Kerensa mainly works in Acrylic media and takes her inspiration from the world of nature and animals. She has been creating commissioned pet paintings for many years and has now developed works inspired by the natural world.  Her work has culminated in the opening of her online gallery for her original artworks and prints.
